Our work

Where our work goes.

Seven communities receive our particular attention — each for a specific reason. Every program below is running right now, and each one began with a request from the community itself, which our teams were already on the ground to verify.

Seven communities

The programs

01

Orphans

The most vulnerable community in Gaza. They have lost their parents, and with them the protection, income and stability every child depends on. We support a number of orphan camps — rehabilitating and sustaining their living spaces, repairing and equipping their schools, and providing supplies, clothing, food and water.

02

Journalists

Journalists in Gaza are doing work of enormous consequence, and sustaining them is essential if the truth is to keep getting out. We support working reporters and the families of journalists who have been killed, coordinated directly with the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate. These are our colleagues.

03

Civil Defense

Rescue crews reach people first, and they do it with equipment that is failing. We partner with the Palestinian Civil Defense on joint projects — including reinforcing tents in the camps — and run an ongoing project to repair their ambulances.

Artists

We support singers, musicians and dabke groups, because sustaining Palestinian cultural heritage is not a luxury. The artists we support also perform at our distributions, so one program keeps artists working and brings something joyful into the camps.

05

Children’s Wellbeing

Rather than running emotional support as a separate program, we build it into everything else. When we distribute clothes or school supplies, the performers we support come with us — so the day a child receives a coat is also a day that feels like childhood.

06

Injured & Ill Children

We have supported many children who were injured and who lost family members, providing assistance and living spaces for them, and we support children living with health conditions caused by the genocide.

Hospitals & Medical Points

We have provided hospitals with badly needed assistance, and we sustain the operation of a medical point in Deir al-Balah — ongoing operational support, not a one-time donation.
