Program

Artists

A people’s music and dance are part of their cultural legacy — and part of what is targeted.

Why this community

Project Hope for Palestine supports local talent — singers, musicians and dabke performance groups — because sustaining Palestinian cultural heritage is not a luxury. A people’s music and dance are part of their cultural legacy, and part of what is targeted.

What we do

We support artists directly, and we commission them to perform at our distributions in the displacement camps. The program sustains their livelihoods and brings their work to the audiences who need it most.

What this makes possible

Two outcomes from one program: artists continue working, and camps receive something other than rations.

Nothing we do happens without people who decide to help. If you can give, give. If you can’t, share the work.
